Battery Not Charging on My Impact Wrench – Help!

Hey folks, I've got a DeWalt 20V max impact wrench that's about 2 years old. The battery won't charge anymore – just flashes red on the charger. I've tried cleaning the contacts, but no luck. Any ideas? It was working fine last week.
