Hart 140-Piece Set for $70 - too good to be true?

I've had a Hart set for about 6 months now. For the price, they're honestly not bad. I use them for weekend projects on my Jeep. The ratchets feel a little gritty, but they haven't failed me yet. At $70 for 140 pieces, even if you break a few, you're not out much. Just don't expect Snap-on quality.

As a pro, I wouldn't trust my livelyhood to Hart, but for a home garage or emergency kit, why not? I've seen these sets go on sale for even less sometimes.
