My Impact Wrench Battery Won't Charge - Help!

Hey all, I've got a problem with my 1/2-inch impact wrench. It's about 2 years old and the battery just won't charge anymore. I've tried different outlets, cleaned the contacts, but the charger just blinks red. Any ideas what's wrong or how to fix it?
