Recommendations for Tools to Build a Solid Deck?

Hey folks, I'm planning to build a 12x16 deck off my back porch. I've got basic hand tools but want to invest in some power tools that will make the job easier and last for future projects. I'm on a bit of a budget, so what's the essential gear I should pick up? Also, any tips on getting a good deal?

But if you're on a budget, you can rent one from Home Depot for the day. Also, don't forget a level and some clamps.
