Hey guys! I’m planning to detail my old F-150 this weekend, and I need a good car vacuum. Not looking to spend a fortune, but want something that actually sucks up dog hair and gravel. Anyone got a favorite?

I’ve been using the Rigid 4-gallon wet/dry vac with the auto kit for years. It’s cheap, tough, and the attachments are perfect for seats and cracks. Just make sure you empty it before it gets too full, or you’ll be blowing dirt everywhere lol.

If you want something cordless for quick cleanups, the Milwaukee M18 Packout vacuum is a beast. Pricey but worth it if you’re already on the platform. Otherwise, the Rigid is solid for the money.

Don’t forget the filter! A fine dust filter makes a huge difference for pet hair. I got a aftermarket HEPA one for my Shop-Vac and it’s night and day.

Thanks everyone! I think I’ll go with the Rigid and grab a HEPA filter. Appreciate the tips!
