Shark vacuum for $99? Any good for car detailing?

Hey all, just saw this deal on Amazon: [link]. Shark vacuum normally $199, now $99 during their flash clearance. I know it's not a shop vac, but for $99, could it handle car interiors? I'm tired of hauling my big Ridgid out to the driveway. Thoughts?

I've got a Shark (not sure which model) and use it for my truck. It's alright for crumbs and dust, but the crevice tool is kinda short. For $99, it's a decent grab if you don't wanna drag out a shop vac every time. Just don't expect it to suck up wet mud or anything.

I bought a similar Shark last year for the garage. It's fine for light cleanup, but the battery life on the cordless ones is meh. If this is corded, go for it. Also, check if it comes with a pet hair attachment – that's a game changer for car seats.

For $99, it's tempting, but I've had bad luck with Shark's customer service. My last one died after 6 months. That said, at this price, it might be worth the risk. Just keep your receipt. Also, does anyone know if this sale is online only or in-store too?

Online only I think. But yeah, Larry's right about the warranty hassle. I'd say if you need a quick car vac and don't wanna spend $200+, pull the trigger. Worst case, you return it.
