Chainsaw Battery Won't Charge – Need Help!

Hey everyone, first time posting here. I've got a Makita chainsaw (the 18V one) and the battery won't charge at all. I've tried the charger with other batteries and it works fine, so it's the battery. Anyone else had this issue? Is it worth trying to fix or should I just get a new one? I'm not a pro, just a weekend warrior cutting some firewood.
