Guys, just snagged an open-box Milwaukee M18 Fuel Hammer Drill (2804-20) at Home Depot for $150! Original price is like $250. I'm a total Milwaukee fanboy, so I'm stoked, but is this actually a good deal or did I get played? Anyone used this model?

Sweet deal! But make sure you check the battery contacts and chuck for any damage. Open-box can be risky. Also, dont forget ear plugs and safety glasses - that thing is a beast above 1500 RPM.

Used that drill on a full kitchen reno last month. It's got mad torque for mixing thinset and boring through studs. At $150, it's a steal, but I'd invest in a 5.0 or 6.0 battery if you don't have one. The 2.0 that comes with kits drains fast.

As a pro, I've beat the snot out of that model. It's reliable and powerful. Just ensure the chuck is tight and doesn't wobble. If it's genuine open-box, you got a deal. But I'd register the warranty ASAP - Milwaukee is good about honoring it even for open-box.

Thanks everyone! Checked the chuck and it's solid, no wobble. I'll grab a bigger battery and register it today. Stoked to put it to work this weekend!
