Scored a DeWalt DCD791D2 for $99 - Too Good to Be True?

So I'm at the local hardware store and they have this DeWalt 20V MAX XR compact drill kit on clearance. It's the DCD791D2 with two 5Ah batteries and a charger for $99. I've been looking at these for a while and normally they're like $200+. Is this a steal or is there something wrong with it? Should I grab it before someone else does? Need advice quick!!

Only thing to watch for is if it's a refurb or a returned unit - but even then, at that price it's a no-brainer. If you're really concerned, check the serial number and give DeWalt a call to verify warranty. But for $99, I'd be loading that into my truck before the guy at the checkout knows what hit him.

Second tip: if you're drilling into concrete, use a hammer drill setting, but don't overdo it, that'll wear the chuck.
