Hey all, just a reminder after a close call today. I was driving screws overhead with my impact and a chip flew right past my eye. I had glasses on but they were in my pocket. Lucky I blinked. Wear your PPE folks!

Good tip. I learned that lesson the hard way too. Got a piece of wire in my eye a few years back, now I never forget. I keep a pair of those over-glasses in every tool bag.

Truth. I see guys on job sites all the time without glasses. It's not worth it. I wear clear safety glasses even in dim light. Also ear plugs when using the impact all day - tinnitus sucks.

Mike, I started wearing ear pro too after my last hearing test. Got the ISOtunes ones that let you hear conversation but block impact noise. Game changer.

I use those too! They're great for the garage. My wife says I can hear her now... sometimes a curse lol.
