Found a killer deal on a grinder, worth it?

So I was browsing the clearance section at Home Depot and spotted a DeWalt DWE402 angle grinder for $50. Normally these go for $80+. I've been needing one for occasional pipe cutting and rust removal. Is it worth grabbing, or should I wait for a better deal? Seems too good to pass up.

Paul, that's a solid grinder! DeWalt is reliable, and $50 is a steal. I've got the DWE402 in my shop and it's handled everything I throw at it. For occasional use, it'll last you a lifetime. I'd say grab it before someone else does. You'll find yourself using it for more than you think.

Yeah, Paul, I'd jump on that. I'm still learning, but I got a similar deal on a grinder last year and it's been clutch for cutting bolts and cleaning up welds. Just make sure you get a good set of discs and always wear safety glasses. Can't beat that price!

I actually use it for shaping and carving with a chainsaw disc or a flap disc for smoothing rough edges. It's a versatile tool if you're creative. But mainly for metal parts on my jigs. You'll find uses for it all around, trust me. Great pickup!
