Found a killer deal on a self-propelled mower - worth it?

So I was browsing my local hardware store's clearance aisle and spotted a self-propelled gas mower for $150 off. It's a Toro Recycler, 22 inch, with the personal pace system. I've been thinking of upgrading my old push mower since my yard is getting bigger. Is this a good deal or should I pass? Any experience with this model?

Dude! Toro Recycler is solid. $150 off sounds like a steal. I've had mine for 3 years and it starts first pull every time. The personal pace is nice if you have slopes. I'd say go for it before someone else snags it. Just check the deck for rust or damage.

I've restored a few mowers and Toro is definitely top-tier. But make sure it's not a floor model that's been sitting with old gas. Ask if they'll let you start it. Also, check the blade and condition of the wheels. If it's new in box, it's a no-brainer. Go get it!

You can't go wrong with Toro. I'm a loyalist, but I'd still say it's a great deal. I've owned a Toro for 15 years and it still runs like a champ. Just make sure you change the oil regularly and it'll last you decades. Grab it!
