Just a friendly reminder for everyone out there mowing their lawns this weekend – wear your damn gloves when the grass is wet! I got a nasty cut from a piece of glass hidden in a clump of wet grass last week. Almost needed stitches. Save your hands!

Good call Mike. I always use those nitrile-coated work gloves, they give you grip too. Also, eye pro is a must when using a string trimmer – that thing flings debris like crazy. PPE saves lives people.

I second that. I restored an old mower last month and found a piece of wire stuck in the blade. If that had flown out... no thanks. Always inspect your cutting area first too. And yes, gloves and safety glasses are mandatory in my shop.

Definitely! Also, don't forget ear protection if you're using a gas mower or a loud trimmer. Tinnitus is no joke. I learned that the hard way.
