Snagged a deal on a Husqvarna automower - anyone used one?

Hey guys, just scored a Husqvarna 430X automower for $800 on Craigslist. Looks barely used. I've always been a push mower guy but my back's not what it used to be. Is this thing reliable or am I gonna be fixing it every week?

Steve, that's a steal. I've installed a few for clients and they're tanks. Just make sure you set the boundary wire right and keep the blades sharp. Might need a firmware update but Husqvarna support is solid. Good buy!

Nice find! Check the battery health first. If it's a lithium ion, they degrade if stored discharged. Also inspect the blade disc for cracks. Safety-wise, these things have lift sensors and tilt sensors but I'd still supervise pets and kids the first few runs.

800? Man, I've been eyeing those but can't justify the cost. Let us know how it works out. I'm tempted now... What model year is it? Some older ones need a special key fob that's expensive to replace.
