Found this deal on a 12V drill set. I do a lot of yard work, building small fences, fixing sprinklers, etc. Is this thing any good for light duty? Seems cheap but not sure about Stalwart brand.

For $52 it's a decent little set. I wouldn't use it for heavy framing, but for small repairs and assembly it'll work. The battery life is probably meh. Check if it comes with a charger.

Stalwart is a budget brand. It'll get the job done for light home use, but if you plan on using it regularly, invest in something like a Makita or DeWalt. I've had my Makita 12V for years and it's still going strong.

I use Milwaukee on the jobsite, but for a homeowner this might be fine. Just make sure you don't overwork it. Also, check reviews for that specific model - some cheap drills have poor chuck alignment.

I picked one up for my son's first tool set. It's not pro grade but for light DIY it's a steal at $52. The batteries are interchangeable with other Stalwart tools if you want to expand. I'd say go for it.
