Best measuring tools for building a deck?

Hey folks! I'm about to build a 12x16 deck in my backyard, and I need some advice on measuring tools. I've got a basic tape measure and a speed square, but I want to make sure everything is square and level. Should I invest in a laser level or a chalk line? Or maybe a digital angle finder?
