So I was at the Habitat ReStore today and found a Bosch GLM 30 laser measure for $50. It's used but looks clean. Normally they're like $100+ right? I don't do a ton of precision stuff, mainly framing and decks. Is it worth picking up?

For $50 I'd grab it. I have a GLM 50 and it's great for layouts and just quick measurements. Saves a ton of time vs tape. Just check the battery compartment for corrosion before you buy.

Make sure you test the accuracy if they let you. Some used lasers get knocked out of calibration. But yeah, 50 bucks for a Bosch is a steal if it works. I'd get it.

I've used that model on job sites. It's decent for indoor stuff but not great in sunlight. For $50 it's a no-brainer. Buy it and if you don't like it you can resell for more.
