Hey all, just a quick reminder to always wear your safety glasses when using measuring tools, especially tape measures and laser measures. I know it sounds silly, but I've had a tape measure snap back and nearly take my eye out. Stay safe out there!

Good point Wendy, but I gotta say, I'm kinda cheap when it comes to PPE. I just use the cheapo glasses from the hardware store. They work fine for me. But yeah, better than losing an eye, right?

Ha! Carl, you're a walking safety violation. But seriously, I once had a laser measure beam reflect off a shiny surface and hit my eye. Not fun. Now I wear these fancy goggles that block the laser. Worth every penny.

Larry, I didn't even think about laser measures! That's a good point. And Carl, cheap glasses are better than none, but if you're doing a lot of work, maybe invest a little more. Your eyes are irreplaceable, you know!

Alright, alright, I get it. I'll buy a better pair next time I'm at the store. Thanks for the tip, Wendy. And Larry, maybe I'll borrow your fancy goggles sometime, haha.
