DeWalt vs Makita Pliers: Which One's Worth Your Money?

Hey folks, I'm in the market for a new set of pliers. I've been using my old Craftsman set for years, but they're getting worn out. I'm torn between DeWalt and Makita. I do a lot of DIY projects around the house, so I need something durable but not overpriced. Any opinions?
