Harley Tool Kit? More Like A Trip Down Memory Lane

Man, I remember my first Harley, a 1990 Sportster. That little pouch had just enough to fix a loose mirror or adjust the clutch. Nowadays, I guess they expect you to have a full workshop in your pocket! But honestly, who actually uses those factory tools? I always end up with a proper socket set anyway.

I mean, if they're going to include a kit, at least make it decent. The ones they used to give were junk - stamped steel and sloppy fits. I'd rather have a quality multi-tool that actually works. But I get it, it's about nostalgia more than practicality. Still, I'd take a torque wrench over a corkscrew any day!

As a pro, I can tell you that 90% of the 'tool kits' I see are either lost or unused. The other 10% are used to fix something that a real tool would've done better. These bikes are so complex now, a basic kit is almost pointless. But for a quick roadside fix, it's better than nothing. I still keep one in my truck, just in case.
