Found a killer deal on a pressure washer - worth it?

So I was browsing at Home Depot and found a Ryobi 2300 PSI pressure washer on clearance for $199 (normally $349). It's the one with the brushless motor and 4 nozzles. I'm a weekend warrior, mainly need it for cleaning my driveway, deck, and car. Is this worth pulling the trigger on? I've heard mixed things about Ryobi, but the price seems too good to pass up.

That's a steal! I've seen that model go for much more. If it's in stock and you need a PW, grab it. I've always been a DeWalt guy myself, but for $200 you can't go wrong. Ryobi makes decent homeowner tools, and the brushless motor is a plus. Just check the warranty and make sure it has a 2-year warranty I think. I'd say go for it!

For the price, it's a solid buy. But let me warn you: 2300 PSI is fine for light stuff like cars and patio furniture, but if you have a really stained driveway, you might need to upgrade or use a surface cleaner. Also, check the GPM (gallons per minute) - it's probably around 1.1 or 1.2, which is a bit low for some tasks. But for that price, it's a good starter. I've used Ryobi on jobs, they're decent if you take care of them.

Don't underestimate that brushless motor. It'll last longer than the brushed ones. And for $199, you're basically stealing it. I'd say buy it, use it a few times, and if you find you need more power, you can always sell it and upgrade. But chances are it'll be fine for your needs. Thanks guys! I ended up grabbing it. The GPM is 1.1, but I figure it's better than renting one every year. Now I just need to find a good surface cleaner for the driveway. Any recommendations under $100?
