Dremel 3000 battery not charging - anyone else had this?

Hey folks, my Dremel 3000 (cordless) won't charge anymore. I've tried different outlets, but the light on the charger stays red and the battery gets warm but never turns green. It's only a year old, used lightly. Any ideas?

First thing, check the contacts on the battery and the charger for corrosion or bent pins. Sometimes that happens. Also, if you've got a multimeter, check the voltage on the battery. If it's under 10V, might be a dead cell. Another tip: try leaving it on charge for a full 24 hours - some chargers need a deep cycle to reset.
