Found a Dremel 4000 for $50 - Too Good to Be True?

So I was at a garage sale this weekend and saw a Dremel 4000 with a bunch of accessories (like 30 pieces) for $50. I looked it up on Amazon and it's $150! I grabbed it, but I'm wondering if it's a scam or something. I tested it, works fine. Did I score or is there a catch? Anyone have experience with this model?
