Hey guys, just found a Dremel 4300 kit at a flea market for $60. Looks barely used, comes with the carrying case and a bunch of bits. Is this a steal or should I pass? I'm mostly doing light wood carving and some metal polishing.

Dremel 4300 for $60? That's a steal if it's legit. I've got the same model and it's solid. Variable speed and the quick-change chuck is a lifesaver. Just make sure it runs smooth and check the collets. I'd grab it fast!

Heck yeah, Dave! That's half price. I paid $120 for mine new. Even if you need to buy a few accessories, you're way ahead. I use mine for everything from grinding rust to engraving. Jump on it!

I'd test it with a few bits. Sometimes flea market tools have worn bearings. But if it's quiet and not vibrating, $60 is a deal. I restore old tools and use a Dremel for detail work. Good find!

Thanks for the input yall! I tested it and it purrs like a kitten. Got it for $55 after haggling. Already used it to polish some brass. Stoked!
