Honestly, this is typical California. They keep squeezing the rich, and then wonder why businesses leave. I'm a brand loyalist when it comes to my tools, but I'm not loyal to a state that taxes everything that moves. If they pass this, I wouldn't be surprised to see more companies pack up for Texas.

I'm just a weekend warrior with a sander, but I got a buddy who runs a small construction biz here. He's worried stiff. Says higher taxes means less money to hire or buy new equipment. He's already thinking of moving his shop out of state. Seems like a bad idea to me, but what do I know?

Ugh, politics again? I just wanna talk about sanders! But fine, I'll bite. Every time they tax the rich, it trickles down to us small guys. My supplier already jacked up prices on sandpaper after the last tax hike. Can't imagine what this'll do. Maybe I should stock up on 3M now!
