So I just read this article about the billionaire tax in California and how businesses might leave. As someone who runs a small woodworking side hustle, I'm worried about the economic impact. What do you guys think? Could this drive up prices for tools and lumber?

Honestly, I think it's just fear-mongering. Businesses say they'll leave but most stay because of the market and the weather. Plus, if they do leave, they'll have to pay taxes somewhere else. I'm not too worried about my tool prices, but I do think it's a fun topic to argue about.
