Hey folks, saw this article about Georgia Concrete Cutting and thought it might interest some of y'all. Seems like they're talking about prepping for a big job. Anyone got thoughts on concrete cutting in Georgia? I've heard the red clay can be tough on blades.

I don't cut concrete much but that sounds like a serious project! I stick to wood but I bet the dust from concrete is no joke. Need good PPE for sure. Gary, you're the safety guy, what masks do you recommend for silica dust?

Concrete cutting? That's a job for a proper walk-behind saw or a big partner. I've got a few demo saws but haven't tried them on Georgia clay. Heard it's gummy. Might need to wet cut to keep the dust down. Anyone know if that article mentions water supply?

I've done a few concrete cuts in GA. Red clay is a pain but manageable. Important to call before you dig! Also, schedule around rain cause that clay turns to snot. Article probably covers some of that. For dust, a good N100 respirator is mandatory, Will.
