Georgia Concrete Cutting Scheduler - Any Tips?

Just read this article about scheduling concrete cutting in Georgia. Seems like they're gearing up for some serious work. I've never had to do concrete cutting myself, but I imagine it's tricky with rebar and all. Anyone here have experience with it? What should I watch out for if I ever need to cut concrete?

Paul, I've done a few concrete cuts for my woodworking shop additions. Biggest thing is dust control - use water to keep it down. Also, make sure you know where any rebar is, or you'll be burning through blades. A diamond blade is essential. I'd bet that scheduling part is about getting the right equipment and crew, not just the cut itself.
