Just saw this deal from HF. Up to 50% off on some stuff. Anyone got their eye on anything? I could use a new impact driver.

Careful with HF. You get what you pay for. Their stuff is fine for light duty, but if you're a pro, stick with Makita. That said, for a weekend warrior like Rick, might be ok.

I've had mixed luck. Their Pittsburgh screwdrivers are actually decent for the price. But I've seen some chucks wobble on their drills. Check reviews before you buy. Also, that 50% off is on select items, not everything.

HF is a trap. You go in for a $5 screwdriver, come out with $200 of stuff you didn't need. But honestly, for basic tools, their warranty is great. I've swapped out a few broken tools with no questions.
