Is this Porter Cable router worth $50? Found at a garage sale!

Just stumbled on a Porter Cable 690 router at a yard sale for $50. Looks barely used, still has the edge guide and some bits. I know they're solid, but is this a good deal? Should I grab it?

Heck yeah, Rick! That's a steal. The 690 is a workhorse, I've had mine for like 25 years and it still runs smooth. Grab it before someone else does. You won't regret it.

I mean, Porter Cable is ok but if you ask me, DeWalt or Bosch is way better. But for $50, it's not bad. Just don't expect it to last forever lol.

Sarah, you crazy! Porter Cable is right up there with DeWalt. I've got a 690 and it's bombproof. Rick, buy it now. Even if you don't need it, it's a good resell.
