Hey everyone, just saw this article about Oil-Dri announcing record Q2 revenues. I know they're big in absorbents, but I'm wondering if this means anything for us in the specialty tools world. Any thoughts?

I'm not sure how Oil-Dri relates to our tools directly, but record revenues usually mean they're booming. Maybe they'll invest in new tech? Still, I'm a tool brand loyalist - give me my Milwaukee any day over some absorbent company.

Oil-Dri? They make kitty litter and oil absorbents, right? I suppose if they're doing well, it's a sign the economy is strong, which might mean more construction and DIY projects. That could trickle down to tool sales. But honestly, I'm more interested in the new cordless routers coming out.

I saw that headline too! Made me think of my workshop - I use their absorbent for spills. If they're making bank, maybe they'll lower prices? Ha, unlikely. But it's nice to see a company doing well. Anyway, I'm saving up for that new dust collector - that's the real specialty tool I've got my eye on!
