Spotted this beast at Harbor Freight - 20-ton hydraulic jack for $89.99, worth it?

Hey folks, was grabbing some fittings at Harbor Freight yesterday and saw their 20-ton hydraulic floor jack on clearance for $89.99 (normally like $150). It's the Pittsburgh Pro model. I've got my trusty old 10-ton for HVAC units but this seems like a steal for heavier stuff. Anyone have experience with these? Worried it might be junk at that price.

For landscape work, that's tempting. I've used their 12-ton for moving boulders and it held up ok. At 20-ton, you could lift small retaining walls or equipment trailers. Check the release valve - sometimes they leak on the cheaper ones. If it's got a warranty, might be worth the gamble. I'd buy it just for my skid steer maintenance days.

Ooooh clearance finds are my weakness! I have the 12-ton version in my collection (barely used, lol). The 20-ton is actually decent for a HF tool - seals are better than the old days. Pro tip: grab their 2-year warranty for $15 extra. Seen a few fail after a year but HF just swaps it. If you're not using it daily, it'll last. Now I'm tempted to go grab one too...

Used one on a drywall job last year to lift a sagging ceiling beam (don't ask, long story). It worked but the pump felt a bit sluggish compared to my OTC. For $90 tho? Can't beat it for occasional heavy lifts. Just don't trust it under a vehicle without proper stands - safety first! Might grab one myself for hoisting sheetrock pallets.
