Anyone else watching Enerpac stock? Bought their hydraulic wrench last year, curious what this means

So... someone big just sold a chunk of EPAC. I've been eyeing their hydraulic torque wrenches for a while, but this news makes me wonder if I should wait for a price drop or something. I'm not a stock guy, just a woodworker who occasionally needs heavy-duty tools. Any thoughts?

Honestly, I wouldn't read too much into one fund selling. I've seen this with a lot of companies. I'm more about bang for my buck – if you need a torque wrench now, get it. I've had a cheaper brand for years and it works fine. Enerpac is quality, but you're paying a premium for the name.

I'll trust Enerpac any day. They've never let me down. That being said, these big institutional moves are nothing. They rebalance all the time. I wouldn't base a purchase on that. If you need it for a job, get it. Stock price doesn't affect the warranty.

Yeah, I saw that too. It's easy to overreact. I remember when some big fund sold off a bunch of DEWALT years back, and look at them now. For us regular folks, it's about quality and price. If you can find Enerpac on sale, great. Otherwise, keep an eye on your local auction sites – I snagged a barely used one for half the cost.

Thanks everyone, that helps. I might just wait for a sale or check out those auctions. I've got a project coming up next month, so no rush. Appreciate the advice.
