So I just saw this article about Barrow Hanley selling a bunch of Enerpac shares. I know they make some solid tools, but this got me thinking. Are they struggling or is this just normal trading? Any of you guys know if this affects the quality of their wrenches or anything? I'm in the market for a new torque wrench and was considering them.

Honestly, I wouldn't read too much into investment firms buying/selling. They do that all the time. It's not like the tools are suddenly gonna be made worse. I've used Enerpac stuff on heavy jobs for years, and they've held up. That said, if you're worried, look at their product line - they haven't changed anything. Just keep an eye on the safety certifications, that's what matters.

Yeah, what Carl said. I remember when some hedge fund dumped a bunch of Stanley Black & Decker shares and everyone panicked. Next quarter they were fine. But if you're budget-conscious like me, maybe this is a chance to pick up some Enerpac tools on sale if the stock dips? Not financial advice, but I've seen deals follow big sell-offs. Just a thought.

Hey, I just saw that too! I've got an Enerpac hydraulic wrench that's older than some of my kids. It's a beast. But seriously, the stock thing is just noise. What really matters is how they're innovating. I heard they're coming out with a new line of cordless torque wrenches that are supposed to be game-changers. That's what I'm waiting for. And if the stock dips, even better for me to pick some up for the shop.
